Now you can buy gyrocompasses, helms and other navigation equipment (ECDIS, radars) produced by Raytheon Anschütz. Besides our engineers, who were trained in Raytheon Anschütz headquarters in Kiel (Germany), will promptly install it and also provide service and repair for previously installed onboard equipment.
Our specialists have mastered glass-bead blasting of metal surfaces. It is used for cleaning rotors and nozzle apparatus of turbine. As in sandblasting, the surface of product is bombarded with millions of microscopic glass spheres in a stream of compressed air. After fiberglass blasting the parts are clean, smooth with no residual abrasive particles and with full preservation of the original mechanical surface properties, dimensions and geometry of the part.
In May 2021 tugboat Bashtansky, which is part of the technical fleet of Nibulon, was re-equipped with a Weichai diesel engine, model XCW6200ZC. It has a power of 734 hp at 750 rpm.
